We apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, learning networks, and other data intelligence and analytics in an applied way, embedded into our solutions.Join us in creating people-centric healthcare experiences!This Sr Manager of Site Reliability Engineering is responsible for driving the delivery and technical direction including leading an organization through transformations into DevOps, microservice architecture, and re-platforming to OCI and multi-cloud. Someone who can lead and drive a strong engineering culture of highly performant teams built on a bedrock of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.ResponsibilitiesThis Senior Director will have proven experience in cloud first enterprise applications. Ideally, they will be an operations and execution specialist – someone who instinctively analyzes engineering organizations to determine how to make them better. More specifically, they will have the experience described below:• Own and deliver on transformations into DevOps, microservice architecture, and re-platforming to OCI and multi-cloud.• Lead and drive a strong engineering culture of highly performant teams.• Partner with executives to ensure alignment between program teams and initiatives to deliver a consolidated roadmap, delivery, and outcomes.• Address growth and development learning needs and improve well-being, and address process inefficiencies.• Develop and implement strategies to improve communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.• Lead and encourage an organization of program managers, with a goal of driving alignment across engineering, operations, and partner organizations.• Lead organizational direction for broad cross-organization projects.• Passion for and ability to meet customer needs and lead an organization to deliver and launch scalable solutions.• Deep product and market expertise in Cloud offerings, including customer/user needs, competitive landscape, and key trends in the industry.• People management experience: Proven track record of hiring and growing passionate persons. Ensure excellent execution by team.• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Able to handle complicated meetings with internal and external executives.• Detailed understanding of engineering processes, techniques, and standard methodologies and ability to help optimize/redefine processes.• Hands on – not just a leader/talker but also wants to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.Additional Qualifications:4+ years as a Director or VP level manager at a very large organization, such as Fortune 500 or similarExperience leading first line managers and directors with different accountability across multiple departments with a team scope of approximately 200 global employeesExperience leading product reliability and lifecycle management as well as redefining a team to a modern DevOps/SRE model, preferably in a SaaS or Cloud capacityKnowledge of healthcare industry is a plusDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $142,900 to $338,600 per annum.
