Duties and Responsibilities
Your work will include collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain and enhance the product.
+ Conduct market research and interact with customers to understand their needs, get product feedback and identify additional market opportunities
+ Define business requirements, and use cases based on product strategy and research through feature vision documents and user stories
+ Facilitate roadmap discussions with internal stakeholders and executive teams
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design is aligned with business requirements
+ Work with the development team, through agile methodologies, to solve identified business problems and driving development forward
+ Review functional design documents that include integration points with other Oracle Cloud applications
+ Clearly define priorities at a high level as well as use case by use case
+ Ensure high quality delivery of all features on time
+ Produce documentation and marketing materials in various media formats

Responsibilities
Qualifications
+ Previous hands on experience with PeopleSoft Time & Labor and/or PeopleSoft Absence Management applications and domain is a MUST have
+ Prior experience as PeopleSoft Product Manager
+ Prior experience as a PeopleSoft Implementor
+ Prior experience as IT Business Analyst supporting Peoplesoft Time and Labor
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with an understanding of business OR a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an understanding of technology
+ 5+ years of software product management experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Product Owner
+ Previous hands on experience with Oracle Cloud Time & Attendance applications is a plus
+ Previous experience in the health care industry is a plus
+ Previous experience working in an Agile environment and demonstrated using design thinking
+ Innovative thinking with a passion for problem-solving
+ Previous experience interacting with customers, requirements gathering and analysis
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the role requires communications with team members, other departments, upper management and consumers of the company's products
+ Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
+ Superior project management and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
+ Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative
+ Team player who collaborates well with others
+ Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
