Votre rôleMissionThe Technical Lead professional will be the expert and primary point of contact with regards to all the Digital Workspace Technologies managed by the Delivery team. Team activities refer to configurations, testing, handover, change management and cessations over multiple technologies such as Voice, Video and Cloud.Roles and Responsibilities• Technical Excellence• Provide technical leadership and expertise to the Delivery team and activities.• Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems and work closely with different stakeholders (presales, process, expertise, software, ect).• Identify and resolve gaps in team organization & skills to achieve requested output.• Ensure that all systems are configured according to technical specifications and are aligned with business needs and process.• Hands on the operations up to 50% when required.• Lead the technical troubleshooting and provide guidance to the team on resolving technical problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.• Ensure that the team stays current with the latest technical trends and tools.• Operational Excellence & Business Support Coach• Provide technical training and mentorship to team members and business supports.• Conduct performance evaluations and quality checks of business supports.• Support professional development and improvement plans of the team members.• Organize and lead workshops (technical, operational, and transverse)• Build and communicate dashboards, reports autonomously.• Contribute to the operational process and Level of Efforts (LoEs).• Contribute to team’s objectives and visions.• Innovation and Improvement• Lead initiatives to optimize and enhance the Delivery activities.• Evaluate and set up new technologies and tools that could improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.• Ensure that the provisioning system supports the latest technological advancements and updates.Votre profilTechnical Requirements:• Minimum Degree in telecommunications, computer field preferred or equivalent.• More than 5 years’ experience in the specified local telecommunications area• Expert on networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VOIP, ect.)• Expertise in Video, Voice, Microsoft, and Webex solutions.• Proven Project Management and Reporting skills• Technical certifications (CCNA, Microsoft, Voice, etc.)Soft Skills:• Bilingual – English & French written and spoken.• Good communication and customer facing skills.• Leadership, troubleshooting, and analytic skills are a must.• Ability to work under pressure & multi-task.• Willingness to learn, expand knowledge and perform certifications.• Teamwork - uses an agile approach to solve problem when appropriate.• Flexibility in terms of working hours.Le plus de l'offreEntitéGlobal Delivery & OperationsOrange Business manages and integrates the complexity of international communications, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that drive their business.
