About the role:

This role is uniquely impactful to Orb as it defines and executes critical field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, driving engagement, customer relationships, and high-quality pipeline generation. You will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor, directly influencing go-to-market (GTM) success and revenue growth.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute standout field marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, industry conferences, webinars, and bespoke campaigns tailored to target accounts

  • Host high-impact webinars featuring thought leaders, product showcases, and customer success stories to educate and engage target audiences

  • Launch Orb-branded events such as innovation forums and executive roundtables to establish thought leadership and provide exclusive networking opportunities

  • Build and scale a sophisticated ABM framework targeting high-potential accounts, leveraging multi-channel engagement strategies from awareness to purchase

  • Partner closely with sales leaders to ensure measurable ROI from events and campaigns, aligning efforts with goals

  • Implement personalized follow-up campaigns for attendees to nurture leads and accelerate the pipeline

  • Use data insights from events and webinars to refine strategies and enhance engagement

  • Oversee demand generation strategies, creating compelling multi-channel campaigns that address customer pain points and align with their buying journeys

  • Collaborate with channel partners to design joint marketing initiatives and expand co-marketing success

About you:

  • Proven experience in field marketing and ABM, with a track record of driving measurable engagement and pipeline growth

  • Strong ability to align marketing initiatives with sales and broader GTM objectives

  • Exceptional skills in strategy development, campaign execution, and performance optimization

  • Adept at collaborating cross-functionally and leading integrated marketing efforts
