Strategic Finance Analyst - job 1 of 2

Orchard is looking for a dynamic Strategic Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will drive core financial forecasting and reporting, work closely with senior executives, and evaluate strategic business initiatives.

Skills

Extensive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
Ability to develop accurate financial models and reporting packages with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Business Unit Leaders to provide relevant financial insights for decision making.
Drive strategic decision making through ad-hoc analyses in a fast-paced environment.
Support the bi-annual budgeting process and develop monthly variance and KPI reports.
Assist the executive team on special projects like fundraising, new product development, and M&A.

Education

BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
