Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to identify and attract top IT talent.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs of clients.
  • Establish and nurture close communication with candidates to keep the talent pool updated for upcoming positions.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth technical interviews, collaborating with technical teams when necessary to ensure a comprehensive assessment.
  • Partner closely with clients to fully understand position requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring strategies.
  • Provide insights during the decision-making process by presenting candidate strengths, areas for development, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, and with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts.
  • Uphold a high standard of candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years proven experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (e.g LinkedIn) for sourcing and tracking candidates effectively.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver on hiring timelines.
  • Experience in HR consultancy, with a strong background in providing recruitment solutions, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning tailored to diverse client needs across various industries.
  • Proven experience in outsourced recruitment processes and an understanding of the unique dynamics of managing external partnerships, including vendor management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven improvements in the hiring process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced level of English
