Description

As a Senior Recruiter at Orfium, you will be a key player in executing our global talent acquisition efforts. You’ll focus on identifying and hiring top talent across various regions, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies. In this role, you'll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering. The role requires a hands-on approach to both active and passive candidate sourcing while managing multiple recruitment projects across different countries.

You'll also be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient recruitment process while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, managing everything from sourcing candidates to facilitating onboarding.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, music boards, and other platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline, including passive talent.
  • ATS Management: Effectively use our applicant tracking system (ATS) to monitor candidate progress, recruitment metrics, and maintain accurate data.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
  • International Recruitment: Manage recruitment efforts across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a smooth candidate experience.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in recruitment practices and collaborate with the team to implement solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to final offer, acting as a brand ambassador for Orfium.

Requirements

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 4+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in global or multinational environments. Experience within the tech industry is a plus.
  • ATS Expertise: Proven experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems for managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Sourcing Skills: Strong sourcing capabilities using a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Global Recruitment: Experience hiring across different countries and regions, with knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Multitasking & Organization: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within the music technology or media industries.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Passion for Music: A passion for the music and creative industries is highly desirable and aligns with Orfium’s mission.
