SCADA Engineer
Join Origis Energy as a SCADA Engineer to verify designs, oversee implementation, and maintain SCADA systems for renewable utility power plants.
Skills
- Strong programming skills with PPCs and RTUs
- Experience with SCADA software like Ignition and Wonderware
- Knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, OPC, DNP3
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and components
- Experience with network design and implementation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems for process control and monitoring
- Maintain PLC and HMI programs for PPCs
- Configure and maintain RTUs for remote monitoring and control
- Troubleshoot SCADA systems and resolve issues
- Train end-users and engineers on the use and maintenance of SCADA systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
