About Orita
Direct-to-consumer brands pay us, in order to market less.
Well, technically, they pay us to market more effectively. And, strangely (!), that often means marketing a lot less.
How? We use a lot of math and a lot of machine learning to decide which people on their subscriber lists actually want to hear from them right now.
When you do this, two things happen. Brands save a ton of money. And their deliverability improves, which means they make more money because their emails land in inboxes, not in spam. Cool.
Fewer messages sent + higher chance they will be seen = ROI goes way up.
Sounds simple, right? Amazing! As Orita’s agency partner manager, you get to bring the good word of responsible emailing, deliverability improvement, and all around amazing performance to the fantastic world of email, digital, and retention marketing.
Aaaannnndddddd, you get to work with some really cool people! You’ll report directly to our Director of Partnerships, Megan, who has done a heckin lot of work in the Partnerships ecosystem.
As a Partner Manager, you will
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, primarily in the Shopify and Klaviyo ecosystems, with expansion into other ecommerce technology platforms and ESPs like Iterable, Yotpo, Braze and Sendlane
Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related activities, ensuring mutual goals are met, including lead flow generation, partner marketing, joint business plan creation, and client acquisition
Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports to senior management to align partnerships with company goals
Depending on your experience, manage or partner with various agencies to accomplish Orita’s goals whatever those may be (we’re a startup, our goals will change, get excited)
Coordinate joint marketing efforts, including co-branded content, webinars, and events
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings
Develop case studies and success stories to showcase the value of partnerships
Iterate, iterate, iterate
