Senior Products Analyst

Position SummaryThe Product Analyst, Senior designs information system products that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including: collecting and analyzing information from system users, business analyst, business or clinical architects, to formulate the scope and objectives of the system, preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions, leading the effort to estimate the costs of system solutions and prepare project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources, and preparing and maintainingtechnical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the systemResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new product implementations, upgrades, and replacements.• Integrate and morph DICOM tags, ensuring seamless enterprise imaging workflows and system integrations.• Develop and map DICOM structure reporting, including ModLink and PowerScribe custom fields and autotext creations.• Configure and map HL7 Integration/FHIR for ADT, Orders, and Results.• Utilize your PACS knowledge, particularly with Philips IntelliSpace PACS, to enhance system performance.• Integrate and filter modality worklists, and utilize workflow orchestrator tools like the Nuance WFO.• Work with Nuclear Medicine Information Systems and Siemens syngo.via.• Leverage Nuance Powerscribe 360 Reporting and Nuance PowerShare for efficient reporting and sharing.• Understand and optimize imaging data workflows and reading workflows.• Familiarize yourself with various imaging systems (TIMS/TDRS, Symbia.net, Dolphin, AS Software, ClinView Dental, DynaCAD, DynaSuite, iCAD, etc.).• Utilize MSO365 tools for collaboration and documentation.• Create system how-to documents, project build documents, and training materials.• Provide training for IT team members and end users as needed.• Communicate effectively with clinical and IT teams, as well as vendors.• Apply your understanding of change management and IT issue management within hospital IT systems.• Assist and lead with implementation of a product solution or solutions within a group of specific clinical or business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.• Manage the architecture for a scope of products, working closely with business and clinical architects that manage and design architecture for a single project or initiative.• Participate in the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.• Document all solution design and analysis work.• Work closely with the program/project managers to ensure the execution of work corresponds with what is being promised.Other Related Functions• Provide expertise within the organization and have the required in-depth knowledge and / or breadth of expertise in products and abroad knowledge of products within the organization.• Solve unique problems that have a broad impact on the associated business functions, requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions• Contribute to the development of functional strategy within the products scope• Anticipate business and regulatory issues, recommend product, process, or service improvements• Lead projects with notable risk and complexity; develop the strategy for project execution• Communicate complex ideas and anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt a differentpoint of view• Contribute to the direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services while working within general functional policies and industry guidelines• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support on assigned products or product suite.• Participates in On-Call support rotation.QualificationsEducation/TrainingBachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study. Associate’s degree and two (2) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section). HighSchool Diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of directly related work experience may also substitute for the Bachelor’s degree (inaddition to the requirements listed in the Experience section).Licensure/Certification• Industry Certification in relevant field required.• CIIP Certification Preferred.Experience/Skills• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork.• Ability to work and lead others thru ambiguity.• Strong collaboration skills.• Excellent analytical and technical skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent planning and organizational skills.• Knowledge of common components of an enterprise technical architecture.• Basic understanding of application management methodologies, infrastructure and network architecture.• DICOM Integrations and tag morphing• Enterprise Imaging workflows and systems integrations• DICOM Structure reporting and mapping (i.e. ModLink and PowerScribe Custom Fields and Autotext creations)• HL7 Integration/FHIR and mapping ADT, Orders, and Results configuration• PACS knowledge, familiarity with Philips IntelliSpace PACS• Modality Worklists Integrations and filtering• Workflow Orchestrator Tools, familiarity with Primordial suite• Nuclear Medicine Information Systems• Siemens syngo.via• Nuance Powerscribe 360 Reporting• Nuance PowerShare• Understanding of Imaging Data Workflows and Reading workflows• Familiarity with other imaging systems (TIMS/TDRS, Symbia.net ,Dolphin, AS Software, ClinView Dental, DynaCAD, DynaSuite, iCAD ext..) .• MSO365 tools• Ability to work in a team environment but also independently.• Work in a high past environment with multiple parallel projects assignments• Able to communicate with different teams both clinical and IT as well as with vendors• Has a good understanding of how change management and IT issue management is usedExperience• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application management, middleware, database management, product management, or operations.• Role may also require specific experience with solutions and products (Laboratory, Imaging, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, Allied Health, and other healthcare related disciplines).
