🚀 Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - HealthTech InnovatorAbout the Job:I'm partnering with an innovative healthtech company that is on a mission to revolutionize patient care through technology. They are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their technical strategy and operations. As CTO, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organization, driving technological innovation, and ensuring the seamless integration of advanced technology into all aspects of the business. Your role will be to collaborate with executive management, align technology initiatives with the company's goals, and bridge the gap between clinical staff, IT, and leadership.Key Responsibilities:• Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's mission to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing technology solutions that drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.• IT Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring that all systems are secure, reliable, and scalable. Your leadership will ensure that the IT infrastructure is robust and capable of supporting both current operations and future growth.• Team Building & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing IT team. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and innovation. This includes recruiting top talent, developing their skills, and helping them advance in their careers.• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. You will be expected to implement cost control measures, optimize resource utilization, and oversee efficient inventory management, including timely software and hardware updates.• Innovation & Technology Integration: Stay ahead of emerging technology trends, assess their potential impact on the organization, and drive innovation by exploring and integrating new technologies. Your focus will be on improving patient care, enhancing operational efficiency, and reducing costs through technological advancements.• Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality products and services. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements to secure the best value for the organization.• Business Continuity: Ensure business continuity by overseeing routine backups, conducting timely equipment and software updates, and providing adequate training for staff. You will be responsible for mitigating risks related to technology and systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.• Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key advisor to executive management, including the VP/CFO, VP/Chief Medical Officer, VP/Chief Operations Officer, and others. You will facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring that the technology strategy supports the overall business objectives.Qualifications:• Master's degree in health administration, IT management, or a related field.• 10+ years of IT management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, with significant experience in Python.• Proven track record of success in strategic planning, technology implementation, and driving innovation within a healthcare organization.• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, with a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.• Experience managing large-scale technology projects and budgets, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.• Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging technology trends to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.If you're ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology, we want to hear from you.
