Government Contracts Financial Consultant

We are seeking a Financial Consultant with Government Contract Accounting experience!You will drive the implementation using Epicor Kinetic software. Your responsibilities will include implementing financial processes across various domains like AP, AR including Contract Billing, Period Closing and Reporting, Asset Management, Burden Pool Management, DCAA Audit Readiness and more!A very competitive package including: remote work, a base salary up to $125k with a generous bonus range from 12k-84k annually!To qualify for this role, some of the considerations are:• Bachelor's degree (Business, MIS, IS, Financial or related) or equivalent experience preferred.• 3+ years consulting, business application training, ERP implementation, and/or customer support in Epicor or similar systems required.• Expert knowledge of FAR, DFAR, DCMA DCAA GAAP, and IFRS Requirements Experience developing/implementing business processes in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Experience in Government Contract Management, preferably in a Manufacturing organization• Ability to travel extensively, 30-50% for customer engagements.• Passionate about continuous improvement and personal development.To be successful in this role, you must:• Embrace an agile approach, breaking down complex ERP implementations into logical, iterative stages.• Apply expert knowledge processes related to AP, AR including Contract Billing, Period Closing and Reporting, Asset Management, Burden Pool Management, DCAA Audit Readiness, etc , preferably using Epicor Kinetic software.• Possesses real-life ERP implementation experience, especially in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense.Benefits:• Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.• Company-sponsored 401k plan with a 4% match.• 10 paid company holidays.• Generous paid vacation policy.• Home based work, when not on site with customers.Desired Skills and ExperienceAP, AR including Contract Billing, Period Closing and Reporting, Asset Management, Burden Pool Management, DCAA Audit Readiness, Epicor Kinetic, ERP, ERP implementation, DFAR, DCMA DCAA GAAP, IFRS RequirementsOscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
