Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Associate, Strategic Planning and Enablement to join our team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.
You will work cross functionally with internal and external Oscar stakeholders and representing the needs and interests of the department in company wide initiatives. We ask that you have strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills with an ability to work across disparate initiatives and various stakeholders at the same time. The Member Experience Strategy team is redefining the healthcare journey by delivering a member experience that disrupts the industry. The work we drive ensures that every member feels valued, supported, and empowered.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Member Experience Strategy.
