Summary: This role main focus will be building/establishing our low code practice, and is also responsible for ensuring that applications are secure and performing at optimized levels. The Mobile/Web App Developer (Principal) is a full stack developer responsible for UI/UX, integration, and application logic. This resource will be working in an agile environment, collaborating with business... partners on requirements, as well as developing solutions for rapid delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Qualifications: Ability to effectively collaborate with business partners on requirements and develop applications leveraging an Agile product delivery methodology. Full stack developer with proven experience in multi-tier architecture, design, and development of enterprise web and mobile applications. Proficiency in UI/UX design and development. Proficiency with rapid prototyping design and development. Strong understanding of best-practices with regards to secure design and coding practices. Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, SQLServer, etc. Experience with integration capabilities. Experience in cross-browser compatibility and optimization for mobile applications. Experience with monitoring and optimizing mobile/web application performance. Experience with Version Control Systems. Excellent problem-solving skills. MINIMUM Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Eight (8) or more years of experience in Software Development, Information Technology, or in a related area. Three (3) or more years of low-code development (UI/UX, integration, etc) experience with mobile/web applications (Preferably in Mendix). PREFERRED Qualifications: Experience providing technical leadership and mentorship to other technical resources. Experience and proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. WORKING CONDITIONS: Frequent Sitting, Hearing, Talking, Visual, Typing, Manual Dexterity; Seldom Standing, Walking/Running, Reaching, Driving, Bending/Kneeling, Fine Dexterity, Upper Extremity Repetitive Motion, and Lifting/Carrying and Pushing/Pulling up to 40lbs. Salary Range: $150K -- $200K Minimum Qualification Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
