Job Summary:In this position, the appointed individual will be the primary contact for healthcare provider (HCP) customers, connecting with Medical (CSSs), Market Access (HSAMs), and Patient Support (PELs) while adhering to appropriate guardrails. The candidate should have a wide breadth of expertise and be capable of communicating complex on-label information based on approved content.Educational Initiatives for HCPs:• Prior authorization requirements can add an extra layer of complexity to the process of accessing products in local markets, potentially delaying patients' access to necessary treatments• Providing accurate and consistent information that aligns with the label is critical to meeting regulatory requirements and protecting the safety and health of consumers• System protocols are another important resource in patient care. These protocols are specific to a particular health system or facility and provide guidance on how to deliver care in a consistent and safe manner• The potential to connect providers instantly with on-demand CSSs as inquiries arise• Utilizing various online platforms, it is essential to engage customers individually and connect them with other professionals as needed. In this way, requests from clients can be followed up and feedback can be obtained• As a thought leader, it's important to create opportunities for dialogue and learning.
