  • Obtains daily report from clinical support nurses
  • Monitors compliance with clinical data submission
  • Assures staff compliance with in-service training
  • Coordinates Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Monitors clinical budget and acts as fiscal steward
  • Completes incident reporting and follow up
  • Acts as liaison with Medical Director and vendors
  • Covers floor as necessary
  • Liaises with families when appropriate
