Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Otterbein is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) dedicated to providing the highest level of compassionate, quality care to residents. The role involves creating and nurturing an environment that promotes the highest quality of life for the residents.

Responsibilities
- Safeguard the integrity of the Neighborhood against institutional mindset
- Assure compliance with staffing requirements and regulations
- Facilitate neighborhood daily 'stand up' meetings
- Monitor overall regulatory compliance in all the homes
- Provide leadership and direction to the Clinical Support Team (CST)
- Form strong relationships with elders and family members
- Responsible for marketing, public relations, and advocacy within the greater community
Education
- BS or BA in related field
