Customer Success Manager, Performance

Outbrain is seeking a Customer Success Manager to play a key role on our Global Performance Team, assisting key clients in building their native advertising strategy and achieving success.

Skills

Account management experience in digital advertising
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for managed clients with performance-based KPIs
Guide clients to achieve ROI-positive activity and strategize campaign setups
Identify strategic opportunities and upsell against them
Educate clients about best practices and provide insights from data
Manage client onboarding process and kickoff calls
