Customer Success Manager, Performance

Outbrain is seeking a Customer Success Manager to play a key role on our Global Performance Team, assisting key clients in building their native advertising strategy and achieving success.

Skills

  • Account management experience in digital advertising
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for managed clients with performance-based KPIs
  • Guide clients to achieve ROI-positive activity and strategize campaign setups
  • Identify strategic opportunities and upsell against them
  • Educate clients about best practices and provide insights from data
  • Manage client onboarding process and kickoff calls
