About the role:
We’re looking for a remote CRO Consultant. You'll work closely with a talented team of designers and developers to implement and analyze A/B tests, ensuring seamless integration with Optimizely. You'll be responsible for monitoring test performance and translating data into actionable insights for our clients.
This is a temporary position that requires availability for about 10 hours a week.
Seniority Level: Senior Level
Responsibilities:
Partner with CRO designers and developers to define and implement A/B testing strategies on the website, managing the project timeline and deliverables.
Ensure full A/B testing integration within Optimizely, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the process.
Oversee the technical aspects of CRO projects, including test setup, configuration, and deployment, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Monitor A/B testing performance and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
Generate comprehensive reports and translate data into actionable insights for clients.
Stay up-to-date on the latest CRO trends and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize CRO initiatives and measure success.
Requirements:
Technical Background:
At least 6 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within marketing or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (Optimizely a plus).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and marketing teams.
Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate CRO results to clients.
Business Acumen:
Understanding of marketing principles and conversion optimization concepts.
A knack for data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Nice to haves:
Experience with marketing automation platforms.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience working in an agile development environment.
