About the role:

Outliant is seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend React Developer to join our team, working directly with one of our product ventures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing sophisticated web applications using React, and will be proficient in Tailwind CSS and Client Data Platforms (CDPs).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React and Tailwind CSS.

  • Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering and optimized web performance.

  • Collaborate with the client’s designers and backend developers to create seamless user interfaces.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  • Implement and maintain unit and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability and performance.

  • Deploy and manage client-side tracking solutions for Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Segment.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers.

  • Communicate effectively with the client's team to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with React.js.

  • High proficiency in Tailwind CSS for styling.

  • Great experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and optimized web performance.

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Knowledge of deploying client-side tracking solutions for CDPs such as Segment.

  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

  • Experience with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

  • Knowledge of modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week).

  • A personal computer with stable internet.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with TypeScript.

  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online portfolio.

  • Previous experience working directly with clients.
