Manager, Corporate FP&A

The Role


Outreach is building a world-class finance team and is seeking a Manager, Corporate Finance. This role is pivotal in evaluating the business, identifying key operating trends, and pinpointing opportunities for growth, and expense management. The Manager will focus on developing key insights for executive management presentations along with recommendations for necessary actions or changes.


Location: Hybrid in Seattle (preferred) or remote within United States


Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Work on the preparation of Board of Directors materials, executive management presentations and reports, and project-based analyses that summarize business performance with recommendations for necessary actions or changes
  • Deliver quarterly analysis and reporting of the business' financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
  • Support the development of accurate and timely forecasts along with long-range planning for Outreach
  • Support cash flow forecasting through estimating billings and collections timing, and understanding vendor payments
  • Prepare monthly budget to actual results and other key financial analyses and report on results to key stakeholders
  • Support the Accounting team’s monthly and quarterly close processes
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate with business partners regarding personnel and other expense requests

  • Investment banking experience preferred
  • Previous experience with Anaplan or other financial planning software tools a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and grow teams
  • Team player with a strong work ethic


The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $155,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
