Partner Operations Manager

The Role

As a Partner Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational rhythm of the entire Partner Program and Team. You will be responsible for maintaining our Referral, Professional Services, Tech Alliances, and Agency Partner Programs’ compliance. This role requires experience with Partner Programs including rewards, PRM, enablement and sales models. The Partner Operations Manager will work closely with the Sr. Director of Global Channel Sales, the Partner Success Manager, the Partner Program Manager, the Tech Alliance and Referral and Strategic Partner Leads as well as various internal stakeholders from Sales, Operations, Finance, Professional Services, Legal, Marketing, and leadership.


A large part of the Partner Operations Manager’s role is establishing a daily cadence of responding to and managing internal and external Partner inquiries where we need. Responsible for centralized control and process development over a wide variety of internal stakeholders for established Partner Programs and new Strategic Partnerships, as well as provide daily support of our Referral and Agency Partner Program needs.


Location: Remote within the US, preferably Seattle


Your daily adventures:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and success of our partners.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and enablement programs for partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and partner teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners regarding operational inquiries, escalations, and support needs.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of partner agreements, compliance, and performance against established benchmarks.
  • Implement tools and systems to automate and optimize channel operations processes.
  • Maintain and enhance Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform portal
  • Prepare reports and presentations on partner performance, operational efficiencies, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
  • Manage new Partner Application Process including approving/denying applicants and researching fit for Outreach.
  • Maintain compliance with our Partner agreement obligations: Referral, Agency, Alliances, Services which may include monitoring and liaising with finance on commission payments and reporting.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of partner operations management or related experience
  • Proven experience in partner operations, partner management, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of partner sales processes, partner relationship management, and distribution logistics.
  • Experience implementing and managing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to partner operations.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, etc.


The base salary range for this role is $63,000-$117,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
