As a Senior Manager - Product Design at Outreach you'll work on our innovative sales tools for our industry-leading sales execution platform powered by AI, for almost 6000 customers like Dropbox, Adobe, Pendo, Snowflake, Zoom, Zendesk, and many more.

This role is a hybrid role as a leader and designer . . . You’ll manage a small team of product designers while also delivering high-profile design work to support some of our most important capabilities in sales forecasting and revenue intelligence. We’re looking for an outstanding team player to steward the evolution of our sales execution platform and design system.
Your Daily Adventures- Cultivate a healthy cross-team design process and establish best practices for delivering elegant & delightful UX solutions
- Effectively communicate your team’s product design goals, capacity and priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on strategic roadmaps, new initiatives, and product experience vision
- Define and execute our design system strategy and manage design systems work across the platform
- Present your own well-considered design strategies, concepts and prototypes, and communicate the underlying rationale with confidence to your team and company leadership
- Craft industry-leading system architectures, user flows, scalable interaction models, workflows, and highly polished UI visuals
- Partner with our Product Managers to conduct customer interviews, gather qualitative and quantitative insights to support your design work, and run usability studies to evaluate proposed solutions
- Become an expert in how sales professionals, teams, and organizations engage and interact with their customers with Outreach to exponentially accelerate sales workflows
- Help us co-create a vibrant inclusive design culture co-created by team members from various geographies (incl. US, CZ, IN) and backgrounds, focused on mutual support and continuous improvement
Basic Requirements- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Have a bachelor’s (or equivalent degree) in Design, HCI or equivalent professional experience in digital product design
- 10+ years of experience designing in the B2B or productivity SaaS domain
- 4+ years of design leadership experience including managing direct reports
- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects in a novel and ambiguous problem space across multiple teams
- Experience defining, managing and improving design systems
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong leadership and experience creating design concepts and specifying interaction details that solve clearly defined customer problems
- Are skilled in presenting and explaining your work, process, decisions, and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and proactively seek feedback to deliver world-class design
- Are enthusiastic working within agile teams where collaboration and idea generation are part of the rhythm
- Have experience participating in UX research activities
- Are uncompromisingly service-minded and anticipate the needs of customers and colleagues with empathy
