What will you do?

Our Account Managers are responsible for winning new accounts, expanding accounts, and providing exceptional service to all prospective customers. To ensure your success, our Account Managers take part in a comprehensive 9-week training program, surrounded by a positive and supportive environment that encourages everyone to help develop themselves and others. As a Sales Account Manager you will...
* Work directly with operational support to ensure that the clients' hiring needs and the contract employees' expectations are met.* Achieve growth by prospecting, targeting, and winning new accounts, as well as expanding current account capabilities* Conduct well-prepared face to face and virtual meetings with decision makers; get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs* Ensure that client needs are met by talking thorough requirements, prioritizing the requirements, and seeking feedback on our performance* Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality talent, proactively market resumes of ideal candidates
What are the benefits and pay?
Aston Carter offers a base salary of $65,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):
