Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user behavior and website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements such as layout, content, and CTAs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement CRO strategies.
  • Conduct user research, including surveys and usability testing, to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improving user experience and achieving business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools related to conversion rate optimization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
