The successful candidate will support the marketing team on the creation of high quality on brand creative assets for digital and print mediums.
You will be creative and proactively bring ideas and direction to the team, you will have strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise and manage multiple design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative briefs for various platforms, including digital (webpages, emails, social media), print (brochures, flyers, banners), and brand assets (icons, packaging, internal communications).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and consistently reflect the company’s visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality visual assets that meet project objectives, deadlines, and specifications.
- Manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring completion on time and within scope. Prioritise and handle multiple design tasks simultaneously.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
- Maintain and organise digital assets, ensuring proper storage and easy access for future use.
- Incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed to meet expectations.
- Provide design support for internal departments (e.g., Sales, R&D), creating materials as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in graphic design, ideally in-house or in an agency environment, with proven expertise in designing for both digital and print platforms.
- Proficiency in professional-level graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. Experience with other comparable tools like CorelDraw, Affinity Designer, etc., is also acceptable.
- Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, XD, or similar programmes) is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining creativity and quality.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your design skills across various mediums (digital, print, branding, etc.) and a solid understanding of design principles.
- Experience in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on layout, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders and understand creative briefs.
