We are are seeking a Sales & New Business Consultant to join our expanding Team.
Within this role of Sales & New Business, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base, while also offering tailored HR solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in the HR outsourcing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective networking and prospecting.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HR challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight our value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with our chosen marketing partners to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with new clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in HR services or Recruitment Outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and outsourcing solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business growth.
