Position Overview: We are seeking a SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to identify and lead SEO initiatives and manage all paid add placement. This person will leverage their knowledge and skills to drive success in organic search. This includes owning SEO initiatives and identifying SEO opportunities and potential risks that could limit organic search performance. This role is within the Marketing team and will work directly under the Marketing Manager. This role is crucial in expanding our online presence and capturing new customers. This role is responsible for staying current on SEO industry trends and emerging opportunities in the evolving SEO landscape. This position is fully remote.Key Responsibilities:· Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.)· Conduct keyword research and analysis to develop targeting strategies and budget recommendations.· Deep experience working with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube.· Serve as our in-house SEO expert.· Continually audit sites and performance to identify areas needing SEO improvements.• Prioritize SEO initiatives and execute on an SEO roadmap.• Develop and monitor site analytics reports, perform tests, and track effect on KPIs.· Work closely with product management, developers, marketing, and content partners to drive traffic generating initiatives across the organization.Qualifications:• Someone who is obsessed with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & PPC; is creative and thoughtful when interacting with online communities and building interpersonal relationships.• A love for communicating ideas, problem solving, and creating advanced SEO/PPC strategies is key!• 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization roles.• Metrics-driven and ability to create reports tracking and analyzing SEO performance.· Experience in SEO/Analytics tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, AHREFs.· Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.· Strong knowledge of targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad formats.· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in ecommerce software and analytics tools.· Excellent organizational and time management skills.Benefits:· Competitive compensation.· Bonus potential.· Work remotely with a flexible schedule.· Join a fast-growing company with opportunities for career advancement.How to Apply:If you are a driven SEO and Paid Ads Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity to grow with a dynamic company, we want to hear from you!
