10+ years in partnerships or alliance business development
Ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade decision-makers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
HR Tech experience and ecosystem connections
Proven time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Developing and driving a market approach to acquiring deep product partnerships
Actively recruiting and managing industry-leading partnerships with top HR tech companies
Leading negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements
Driving revenue growth through partnerships
Staying abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities
