Packaging Operator - Night Shift

Main Purpose of the Job:

Accurate packaging of produced bottles by following all packaging procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

 Setup and operate multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include, but is not limited to:

o carton erectors

o partition inserters

o product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)

o foil dispensers

o top closers

o palletization equipment

Manual responsibilities include:

o building and make boxes

o hand packaging of bottles

 Visual Quality Checks

 Perform Change over’s of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, …

 Applies correct labels

 Housekeeping

The position description is not all inclusive and I may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements:

 Accurately following all labeling procedures

 Quality checks

Education/Experience:

o High school diploma or equivalent

o Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Capable of lifting 25 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours
• Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
• High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area

• .75 Shift Premium (Nights)
• Monthly Bonus (Based on KPI's) Potential to earn over $2,000 annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour
