PrideStaff is looking for Packers for a large food manufacturer in Fresno.

Job Duties may include, but isn't limited to:

• Palletize and pack orders
• Responsible for following all factory policies and procedures.
• Responsible for removing undesired or defective fruits, weeds, foreign material from product being produced
• Be on your feet up to 8 hours every day performing repetitive tasks when sorting
• Responsible for always keeping work area clean.
• Sweep floor and clean up spills as needed or directed by lead.
• Perform general cleaning throughout work areas.
• Handle packaging material accordingly if required by job task
• Responsible for learning multiple jobs based on company need
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year + experience working in Food Processing.
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to consistently lift 10 to 20lbs.
• Able to bend, stoop, squat and lift properly.
• Must have a High School Diploma or a G.E.D.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must have or be able to purchase non-slip shoes.
• Provide a minimum of two professional references.
• Must be flexible on the days of the week needed because some weekends are required.

*Pay starts at $15.50/hr but can go up to once hired permanently after 6 months!
