The expectation for the person in this position is to interact with all areas/departments of the company. The position is full-time, based in our global headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, and reports to the Director of Finance.What You'll DoProvide analytical, forecasting, reporting and adhoc project support to senior managementProvide forward looking insights and analysis based on mined data that will empower leaders to actPerform monthly... quarterly, and annual variance analysisUsing data and information, predict future outcomes of potential strategiesAnalyze impact of current economic trends on operationsWork with various department leaders to establish goals and align priorities across multiple operating divisionsExecute special projects at the request of the Global Executive teamCoordinate data analysis activities around the globe across all functionsSupport the transition of the Company’s ERP migration efforts and reinstancing of Adaptive PlanningWhat You'll BringBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Data Science, Finance or Business Management or equivalent work experience requiredMust have at least 3 years of previous, related experienceAdvanced MS Excel and modeling skills are essentialExperience with SAP (our ERP system), Adaptive Planning (our FP&A tool) and/or Salesforce (our CRM system) is beneficialAbility to clearly and effectively communicateCollaborative by nature and effective working with others cross-functionally and around the worldGood writing and presentation skills are requiredWorking Environment and Physical DemandsThe following are representative of the typical working environment and physical demands of this position.
