As an Intern, you will be immersed in the mortgage industry and the Paddio culture and values. You will be responsible for supporting Loan Coordinators by assisting the team with a variety of tasks and projects.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
Communicate with external vendors to order appraisals, verification of employment, verification of homeowners insurance, verification of deposit, social security number credit supplement, and verification of mortgage credit supplement.
Assist with data entry and file updates.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
