Technical Support Engineer I

PagerDuty empowers teams through the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional customer support, debug issues, and improve processes, all while thriving in a hybrid work environment.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with programming languages (Ruby, Python, Perl)
Unix systems knowledge
Technical writing skills
Hands-on technical support experience

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and product support to PagerDuty customers
Identify and resolve customer issues, taking escalations from Technical Support Specialists
Debug customer email and phone requests using ticketing systems
Set up and document monitoring systems integrated with PagerDuty
Write custom scripts, code samples, and integration guides

Education

Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
