Job Description:
At Elara Caring, make a difference by caring for the people in your community! We are offering a free AND paid two-week training class where you will have the opportunity to earn your HHA certification and have an entry level position with us upon the completion of your class. You have countless ways to make a difference in your role as a Home Health Aide providing care for patients in their homes.

Class Information:

• Dates: 8/7-8/18
• 10 Week Days, Monday-Friday (75 training hours)
• Time: 9am-4pm
• Location: REMOTE in Boston

Job Duties:

• Household chores
• Cooking and meal preparation
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing and bathroom tasks
• Cleaning and Laundry
• Shopping and errands
• Assisting the client with walking and moving throughout their home
• Transferring clients to wheelchairs

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Passion for helping people including bathing, housekeeping, and meal prep
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Reliable transportation - public transportation is acceptable in Boston area.

Salary ranges from 15.50- $20/hr.
