ABOUT THE ROLE 🤩

Treecard is looking for a Paid Marketing Associate to help accelerate our eco-friendly user and community growth. You will own all aspects of our paid account management and strategy on platforms such as socials (Meta, TikTok), search (Google, Apple Search) and more! The Paid Marketing Associate will also manage the day to day relationships with our influencer and agency programs.

The Paid Marketing Associate will report into our Head of Socials and work closely with our Co-Founders and marketing agencies.

Our team is fully remote and this role is based in NYC, US or London, UK. We also have a WeWork office available to our London teammates if preferred (usually 1-2x/week).

Your Day to Day 👐

Take day-to-day ownership of all aspects of paid accounts including agency communication, campaign budgeting, strategy, creation, and reporting.

Optimize our paid digital marketing strategy on Meta, TikTok, Apple Search, Google and future channels to accelerate user growth

Conduct market research, keywords research, and competitor analysis as needed

Implement A/B testing and multivariate experiments

Analyze install-/app-related data together with ad platform metrics to make real-time adjustments to campaigns

Seek out and test new advertising channels and platforms for expansion

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in ad measurement and attribution methodologies

Making sure ads stay-on brand through all aspects of content and messaging, and optimizing through continual experiments so that we can smash through our CPI goals

Field influencer partnerships and other agency requests

• Proven Paid Social & SEM experience with large budgets (>250K per month) and success managing campaigns across major social ad platforms, ideally for user acquisition for mobile apps
• Your a do-er and no task is too big or small
• You are a creative problem solver
• Creatively bring climate impact focused details to everything that you do
• Strong interest in startups and climate tech

Nice to Have💡

• Design/editing experience, for static or video ads
• Experience with working directly with influencers or agencies
