About the Role

Coda is looking for a Paid Media Manager who will be a strategic marketing expert and advocate who can guide SEM strategy and scale paid ad campaigns. With Coda at an important growth stage, you will have the support and resourcing needed to turn digital ads into scalable performance channels. You will report directly to the Demand Generation Lead.

In this role you will:

  • Build the strategy and optimization of full-funnel paid media strategies for multiple businesses including self-service, B2B, and B2C
  • Construct and guide creative integrated digital marketing campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and growth
  • Apply rigorous A/B testing strategies for conversion rate optimization on ad creative, messaging, and landing pages
  • Partner with brand team to establish best practices and determine creative strategy
  • Forecast performance and manage budgets
  • Work with data team to develop measurement methodology and reporting inclusive of ROAS, LTVs, and CAC
  • Develop reporting structure and provide performance share-outs including top drivers of growth
  • Perform competitive analyses and provide plan for action
  • Lead new ways for growth and retention using quantitative and creative method

You may be a great fit for this role if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in SEM and paid social channels
  • You have experience with Google Adwords, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, and Facebook Ads and have conviction on paid channel expansion opportunities
  • You have experience communicating insights and driving change with senior Go to Market leaders
  • You are comfortable digging into the data to extract insight
  • You have a technical understanding of SEM reporting structure and have experience working directly with Product and Data teams to build proper campaign tracking
  • You have experience with pay-per-click advertising
  • You value bringing creative solutions to a team brainstorm
