Paid Media Specialist

What We're Looking For:

We are a high growth, fast paced company looking for a Paid Media Specialist reporting to the Manager, Digital Media Strategy who will work with the demand generation group.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Create & implement paid social campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to drive consistent volume and revenue growth for a suite of products with leading universities and institutions.
  • Analyze key performance data (top of funnel to bottom) within managed paid channels - work with business analysts to analyze and optimize the volume, behavior and cost efficiency of individual campaigns and channels.
  • Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for channels.
  • Develop hypotheses for creative testing and execute a/b and multivariate tests. Leverage tools such as ChatGPT to refine creative messaging.
  • Communicate to a diverse set of teams; use data and insight to make a case for what you need to be successful.
  • Leverage analytical tools to optimize campaigns (ie. Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, etc).
  • Manage a series of programs and paid channels on a day-to-day basis.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • 1-3 years of paid media management experience in platforms such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and others
  • Proven results in driving volume growth, cost reduction, and hitting/exceeding conversion goals through implementing paid media tactics
  • Strong analytical & quantitative skills

We are looking to hire someone who is available to come into our Headquarters in Lanham, MD two days a week for hybrid a work schedule.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($60,000 - $65,000), with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
