Role 


As the Sales Development Representative Manager at #paid, you will lead our team of sales development representatives to engage prospects creatively, exceed targets, and grow into future leaders within the company. Your leadership will play a vital role in inspiring the team, structuring processes, and ensuring their success in connecting with the right customers.



Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and coach the sales development team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Create and implement effective onboarding and training programs to help new team members ramp up quickly
  • Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to engage prospects and generate responses
  • Measure team performance through clear metrics and optimize processes as needed
  • Structure the team to effectively balance inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align on messaging, target audience, and pipeline goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure the team consistently contributes high-quality opportunities to the sales pipeline, driving revenue growth
  • Create and share performance reports with leadership to ensure transparency and track progress toward goals

  • Previous experience managing or working within a sales development or similar team
