We are searching for a dynamic and strategic Paid Search Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role you will drive the planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting against SEM campaigns for ReliaQuest. You will own the day-to-day management of campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working in SEM/PPC campaigns in a B2B environment.
The everyday hustle:
Day-to-day management on campaigns, are set up with complete accuracy, attention to detail, and conform with platform best practices, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, creative testing, etc.
Develop strategies for Paid Search campaigns including account architecture, test hypothesis, tagging structure, and reporting protocols
Monitor Google Analytics and make necessary adjustments to conversion and goal tracking and provide tactical recommendations.
Perform ongoing keyword research and continually refine ad copy
Complete quality assurance checks on all assets prior to going to market
Analyze campaign data and analytics to determine effectiveness of campaigns, with an emphasis on lead gen and conversion rate optimization
Work within Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate reporting for SEM platforms
Make data-driven decisions, and proactively identify trends
Identify and implement A/B testing opportunities
Prepare regular reports on campaign metrics, performance, and ROI
Ownership of platform daily/monthly spends in accordance with allocated SEM budgets
Do you have what it takes?
3+ years of experience creating and managing SEM campaigns
Expert level on SEM/PPC fundamentals: campaign and ad group structures, bid management strategies, ad copy writing, and landing page optimization
Google Ads certification(s) preferred
Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
SEM bid manmagement software a bonus – Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.
Experience working in Google/Bing platforms and running a variety of media tactics within those platforms such as SEM, GDN, Retargeting and RLSA
Exceptional attention to detail
Organized, self-driven and analytical
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Experience with Marketo or SFDC preferred
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent writing skills, knowledge of proper grammar and spelling
