In this role, you will set up and run successful B2B social media campaigns, leveraging deep expertise, analytics and tooling to continuously optimize and improve the campaign performance.
Your role:

Will be to take active lead in all aspects of managing paid campaigns on social media channels to drive set KPIs and business impact. As part of our in-house digital campaign activation team, you will recommend, set up and run successful paid social campaigns targeting the Healthcare Professional audience to: translate business needs into paid social media goals, create audiences, determine benchmarks, form media recommendations, including an architecture of the right formats and spend levels as well as identify the drivers/detractors of performance.

You will also be managing multiple paid social media campaigns E2E at one time, including set up, testing, optimization, and reporting on major global social media platforms such as META, YT, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. as well as creating of detailed social media plans in line with business objectives and campaign briefs.

Is to translate business KPIs into channel KPIs and set up and run paid social media campaigns, ensuring timely and quality execution with the North America region, leading to increased online performance.

Is also to build relationships with social media platform partners (META, YT, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to understand and test the latest paid social capabilities and helping to define and manage the B2B paid social media roadmap for Philips Healthcare.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Managing E2E paid social media campaigns (B2B preferably) in META, LinkedIn, Twitter. You’ve been a strong individual contributor and collaborator in a larger team of paid media and digital campaign professionals and are well experienced in managing paid social campaign strategy, budget management and allocation, campaign execution and management, campaign analysis and reporting, strong stakeholder communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your skills include knowledge in campaign building and optimization in META, YT, LinkedIn, Twitter, Sprinklr experience preferred, strong campaign data analysis skills, communication skills and the ability to educate marketers on best practices for executing social media campaigns as well as strong presentation (PPT) building skills.

You have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Media or PR preferably.

You have strong Tech/digital savvy, knowing latest developments and infrastructure of media and media buying platforms, are detail oriented, have the ability to work across multiple accounts on a daily basis, and able to deliver on deadline, strong English language skills are required and a working knowledge of other languages is valuable for campaign optimization. Dedicated platform knowledge is required, agency management experience a plus.
