Paint Operator 2nd Shift

This is a Paint Operator position with WM Technologies,LLC which sells Weil-McLain® branded products. Weil-McLain® is a leading North American Brand of hydronic comfort heating systems for residential, commercial and institutional buildings since 1881
*$1,500 phased sign-on bonus. $750 @ 90 days, $750 @ a year*
The position requires personnel to hang, remove, insulate and pack parts. Additional requirements are cleaning of the paint room, paint booths, and hangars.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Hang, remove, insulate and pack parts.
  • Clean paint room, paint booths, and hangars.
  • Follows standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Stacks and arranges products and packed containers into crates, boxes, and cartons.
  • Perform First Piece inspection as needed.
  • Clean equipment, tools and gauges to ensure they are safe and orderly at all times
  • Work on other Fabrication and paint equipment as needed.

The most qualified candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Must be able to understand and follow standardized work instructions.
  • Must be able to identify differences in standardized work instructions and inconsistencies in parts and be willing to stop the line.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to use Air Tools.
  • Must have excellent attendance record.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
