Summary:
1099 Painter/Stainer handles all painting and staining of special materials for jobs up to 2 weeks out. Handle and emergency cases if other service providers are unable to get a job completed in the timeline designated by the customer. This person will also handle all service painting/staining needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Spray booth experience required
• Keep products painted or stained as necessary to keep jobs on track to meet First Time Through completion
• Follow all EPA and Lead practices
• Assist Installation and service by completing jobs in a timely manner to reduce loss time on First Time Through completion
• Maintain spray booth to keep work area safe and productive
• Recommend through knowledge best practices to continue getting the best prices on paint products
• Follow proper maintenance of all spray equipment

Measures of Success will be based on:

• First time completion of jobs, Prepping all trim and special materials prior to scheduling jobs.
• Keeping paint and stain supplies in stock to prevent any delays in getting trim ready for installation

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma preferred but not required
• Must have at least three years of experience at a level equivalent to that of a journeyman painter/stainer
• Must be able to follow compound specifications for mixing of paints/stains and painting/staining techniques, handle huge material movement, and maintain correct record and general recordkeeping.
• Considerable knowledge of practices, tools, equipment and techniques associated with painting/staining trade

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $125,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
