Amazon Account Manager & Operations Specialist US based company ( Remote )

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency specializing in remote work opportunities. We connect talented individuals with top-tier companies across the globe. We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager and Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize the performance of our Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple marketplaces (US, Canada, UK, and DE). This role is integral to managing our product listings, ensuring account health, and improving logistics and shipment processes. You will also collaborate closely with our PPC team, brand management, and creative services to enhance overall sales performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Seller Central Account Management:

  • Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central for US, Canada, UK, and DE marketplaces.
  • Optimize back-end data, including SKU attributes, UPCs, and category assignments.
  • Monitor and improve Inventory Performance Index (IPI) scores.
  • Set up and manage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments, including creating removal orders for slow-moving or unsellable inventory.

2. Logistics and Shipment Optimization:

  • Create and optimize FBA shipments, provide shipping labels, and manage logistics through both Amazon Seller Central and third-party logistics (3PLs).
  • Monitor and enhance shipment performance to ensure timely deliveries.

3. Reporting and Metrics:

  • Generate weekly reports on key metrics such as page views, sales performance, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with the PPC specialist to ensure out-of-stock products are addressed and performance is optimized.
  • Provide detailed sales and advertising performance analysis.

4. Listing Management and SEO:

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings, including parent-child ASIN variations, ensuring all listings meet Amazon’s guidelines.
  • Implement SEO best practices, using tools like Helium10, to conduct keyword research and optimize backend search terms.
  • Enhance brand visibility by leveraging Amazon’s Search Query Performance and Strikezone SEO to improve keyword rankings.

5. Creative and Branding:

  • Develop and optimize Enhanced Brand Content (A+ and Premium A+) for product listings.
  • Create and maintain Amazon storefront pages, brand stories, and product visuals, including infographics and post-editing product videos for ads.
  • Manage approximately 85 SKUs, optimizing copywriting for 16% of listings each month.

6. Brand Management:

  • Handle Brand Registry processes, including enrollment and brand name changes.
  • Manage unauthorized seller issues (hi-jackers) and social post scheduling.
  • Oversee product enrollments in the Amazon Vine program.

7. Promotions and Advertising:

  • Support and review Amazon PPC performance in collaboration with the PPC specialist.
  • Manage promotions for key sales events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
  • Schedule and manage coupons and sales pricing strategies.

8. Troubleshooting and Account Health:

  • Resolve listing issues such as suppressions, missing BSR, and image problems.
  • Handle account health violations, including A-Z claims and chargeback appeals.
  • Manage case logs, reinstatements, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Oversee Brand Registry troubleshooting and account suspension appeals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably across multiple marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of FBA, logistics, and shipment processes.
  • Experience in SEO optimization, using tools like Helium10 or similar.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content).
  • Solid knowledge of Amazon’s policies and procedures, including Brand Registry and account health.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with PPC specialists, creative teams, and external stakeholders to achieve goals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Amazon Search Query Performance and Strikezone SEO strategies.
  • Experience troubleshooting listing issues, reinstatements, and account suspensions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret performance reports.
