We are seeking an experienced LATAM Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top digital marketing talent for our clients based in Europe. As the LATAM Recruiter, you will work remotely and collaborate with our team to identify and engage with qualified candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and identify top digital marketing talent in LATAM.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with client requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to clients based on market trends and talent availability.
  • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in digital marketing or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Experience sourcing and attracting digital marketing talent in LATAM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Competitive salary: 900 - 1500 USD
