Marketing Virtual Assistant for Medical Equipment Manufacturing (US/Remote)

We are currently seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our own team at Paired. As a Marketing VA, you will support the marketing efforts of our agency, assisting with various tasks to help promote our services and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule social media content across various platforms.
  • Designing brochures, and instructions, pitch decks, apps for updating websites
  • Monitor and engage with followers and users on social media.
  • Assist in the management of email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in content creation for blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual events or webinars.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to develop marketing materials.
  • Track and analyze marketing data, including website traffic and social media engagement.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • Able to website updates in Wix,  some redesign based on existing Wix templates.
  • Polishing instructions for clean presentation, clear layout etc.
  • Creating icons specific to our product
  • Polishing presentation decks/designing certain slides
  • Creating Linked in posts etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing software and analytics platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of market research and content creation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
  • Passion for remote work and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Previous experience in marketing or related roles.
