Outreach Specialist - Cold Email for Agency (US-based/Remote)

We are currently seeking a Cold Email Specialist to join our client's team. As an Cold Email Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email outreach campaigns to establish connections, build relationships, and drive business growth for our clients.

This role will require an email marketer who excels at building cold email funnels, preparing them ahead of time for direct response, they must have experience creating a unique strategy to successfully reach individuals inboxes; and optimizing them to drive awareness and conversions. You will work closely with a team of 4-5 internal marketing associates, have full design support, and collaborate with external partners, to set you up for huge success in leading email efforts that are critical to the company's growth. Proficiency in using HubSpot and Constant Contact (or other Email marketing Platforms) for email and CRM management is essential to ensure the highest efficiency in email campaigns. The company is also open to using a different email platform you recommend. The right candidate will be a true high volume email marketer with proven experience managing large-scale sends and overcoming the challenges specific to the business financing and merchant cash advance sectors. This role is designed to last as long as the successful email marketer would like it to.

Responsibilities:

• Generate cold email generation campaigns.
• Research and identify target audiences for email outreach campaigns
• Develop and implement email outreach strategies to reach potential clients and stakeholders
• Create compelling email templates for various outreach purposes
• Personalize and customize email communications based on recipient profiles
• Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics
• Continuously refine and optimize email outreach strategies based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with overall marketing objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in email outreach, lead generation, or customer relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRMs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all communications
• Experience in remote work or distributed teams is a plus
