We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative for an exciting marketing solutions company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, ultimately supporting our client's marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads in the marketing space and target companies within the assigned market.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of our client’s marketing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Initiate contact via email, phone, and social media to schedule meetings and explore business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and convert them into interested prospects for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role, preferably in the marketing or technology industries.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong research skills to identify and connect with potential leads.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, driven by targets, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in marketing solutions and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
