Senior Graphic Designer for Marketing Agency (US Based/Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Edit and optimize existing internal and public-facing emails for design and user experience.
• Develop visually appealing email templates and creative assets, following corporate brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Creative Director, and Sales Team to ensure email designs meet strategic objectives.
• Understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, responsive email designs.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and standards across all email platforms.
• Manage multiple email design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of all email campaigns.

• Strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple email campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for email design and graphics.
• Skilled in Figma for designing responsive and visually appealing email layouts.
• Motion design experience is a plus for creating engaging email animations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail with a strong sense of design aesthetics, ensuring high-quality email deliverables.
