We’re looking for a talented and culturally aligned Video Editor to support the team in creating engaging video content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing both short-form (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content. This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates located in Latin America, especially Mexico, to ensure cultural understanding and smooth collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce 2 long-form videos per week for YouTube and similar platforms.
- Create up to 2 short-form videos per day for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Apply a dynamic and culturally resonant editing style that fits Jazmin’s brand and audience.
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand content goals and deliver polished, platform-optimized videos.
- Ensure videos are delivered on time and meet quality standards across all formats.
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – essential for clear communication and cultural alignment.
- Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form content for digital creators or brands.
- Familiarity with editing styles similar to Call to Leap, Milan Singh, Paola Montes, and Andres Garza.
- Strong storytelling skills and creative eye for pacing, transitions, and visual engagement.
- Based in Latin America (Mexico preferred).
- Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight turnaround times.
